By engaging in our design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Provided

• Maple Projects, LLC offers graphic design services, including branding, web design, illustration, and other custom design work.

 

 Project Terms

• Scope of Work: Each project will have a detailed scope agreed upon in writing. Any additional work outside of this scope may incur extra charges.

• Revisions: Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.

• Turnaround Time: Timelines for deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated promptly.

 

Payments

• Fees: Project fees will be outlined in the proposal and are payable as specified (e.g., deposit and balance upon completion).

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the project start date.

• Late Payments: Any overdue payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.

 

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon final payment, ownership of the final designs transfers to the client. Maple Projects, LLC retains the right to use all designs for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Licensing: Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used in the project may be subject to separate licensing terms.

 

Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide all necessary content, feedback, and materials in a timely manner to ensure project completion within the agreed timeframe.

 

Confidentiality

• All project-related information will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the project, they may be responsible for any work completed up to that point.

• Cancellation by Designer: Maple Projects, LLC reserves the right to terminate the project if terms are violated.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Maple Projects, LLC is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from design services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total project fee.

 

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in Union County.

 

Acceptance of Terms

• By hiring Maple Projects, LLC, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
